Samsung SP1203N 120 GB From Customer's order The drive is recognized by the BIOS, some folders can not be accessed. We get an I/O error or eplorer.exe error when we try to access particular folders. Recovery attempts were to hang the drive as a slave off of others computers and to try an external USB connection.
After recovery: We got the drive with all the data on it, so far it looks great, nothing is missing or corrupted. Once again your help is much appreciated. We certainly will keep using your company for our recovery needs...

Samsung SP0802N 80 GB From Customer's order I received a "file corrupt" message and tried to use OS repair via disk. Appears the installation of the OS disk formatted the hard drive. Downloaded a file recovery program from the internet but was unsuccessful
