How do I know that my Drive has been recovered ?

After we have recovered the drive, we will provide you with list of root directory files and folders from every partition. If required, we will send a complete list of recovered files and a sample file (picture, Word document etc.). You don't have to pay until you get the recovery report.

If your hard drive is repairable, and in our opinion will stay repaired, we will return your data on your repaired drive. If it is determined that your drive cannot be repaired, we can return your recovered data in a variety of ways, including copying it to a new hard drive, writeable CD or DVD.

No noise just stopped booting. No hardware attempts. Only running software diagnostics, with no positive results though.

IBM DJSA-232 32 GB laptop

From Customer's order

The failure that occurred was that the OS couldn't find the boot sector. I hear clicking in the hard drive. I can't tell if it was spinning or if the noise I heard was the laptop fan. The drive has not been opened. I unplugged the hard drive from the laptop, then bought a 2.5 inch case and tried to read it from another computer. It said that it made too many attempts to read the semaphores.

After recovery:

Thanks for recovering my data. Randy
