Toshiba MK2016GAP 20 GB laptop

User dumped a liquid on the laptop. We sent it to another data recovery service, who said they could not recover it. They opened the drive, but did not appear to open the 2nd, identical drive we sent them. Included is the drive we need recovered and a 2nd, identical drive. We are hoping you will have better luck, as you advertise being able to recover this model of hard drive specifically.

Seagate ST960821A 60 GB laptop

The computer would start windows and get to the black screen just beyond the windows logo screen. The cursor would work but the computer would not continue to load. Geek Squad ran their 65$ dynastic and said they could not pull the data. Saying it was bad boot sectors.
