Drive DOESN'T SPIN. A few weeks ago I tried booting up my computer and received a blue screen saying "unmountable boot volume." I ran a diagnostic and Dell said it was a hard disk failure. I took it to Best Buy to get the data recovered but they couldn't get to spin. They think the drive is physically damaged. They think a clean-room procedure would be appropriate in this situation.
