The EMERGENCY SERVICE recovery cost is indicated in the price table above. Please be aware of, in some complex recovery cases the recovery process time may be affected by capacity of hard drive and condition of surfaces on the disk.

Drive DOESN'T SPIN; failed in OS. I've only tried to hook it up to another PC as a slave drive to retrieve. The drive is recognized in the BIOS, but does not show up in Windows.
