Maxtor MAXLINE PLUS II 250 GB external From Customer's order The drive began to make a somewhat of a buzzing noise. I then performed a disk de-fragmentation and it failed to work after that.

Maxtor 6B200P00 200 GB external From Customer's order Drive is failed in OS. I was using my external and had shut it off because I did not need it at the time. When I turned it back on, my computer system (Windows XP) wouldn’t read it and my password screen didn’t come up.
