EMERGENCY SERVICE is available as well. The time frame for this type of data recovery service: same day if possible, or normally 1 to 2 days. The EMERGENCY SERVICE recovery cost is indicated in the price table above. Please be aware of, in some complex recovery cases the recovery process time may be affected by capacity of hard drive and condition of surfaces on the disk.

Fujitsu MHT2080AH 80 GB laptop

HD was damaged when a liquid was spilled on the keyboard. Laptop failed to operate and when HD was swapped into a new laptop the OS was not recognized and laptop failed to boot.

Fujitsu MHT2060AH 60 GB laptop

From Customer's order

The laptop was working fine. It was put the top down which put the laptop in standby mode. Less than one hour later, attempted to turn it back on and it didn’t work. I brought the hard drive to work, where my tech support team attempted to recover the data but were unable to because they told me that the motor in the hard drive was dead. They told me they could tell it was dead because the hard drive was not spinning when they attempted to recover the data.
