The regular turnaround time typically takes 3-5 days.

EMERGENCY SERVICE is available as well. The time frame for this type of data recovery service: same day if possible, or normally 1 to 2 days. The EMERGENCY SERVICE recovery cost is indicated in the price table above. Please be aware of, in some complex recovery cases the recovery process time may be affected by capacity of hard drive and condition of surfaces on the disk.

Hard drive is clicking, it failed when laptop was being repaired for problems unrelated to the hard drive. Repair techs think that data platters are fine; they just need to be transferred to a new drive case to be able to recover the data.

Fujitsu MHS2030AT 30 GB laptop

Dropped notebook; battery discharged due to bad power cable (both in the same night). After recharge the system worked for a few hours. Attempted to load QuickBooks, but system locked and went to "blue screen." Would not boot up after that. Makes small clicking sound.
